Things that make me happy

I constantly see things and read about things that are SO COOL and so unique and different. This blog is hopefully going to be a way for me to share those things with other people who like pretty things too. It is also a way for me to keep track of the pretty things I find while exploring the vast frontier that is the Internet.

Today's pretty thing: Smock Letterpress
I'll start with a disclaimer: I work at a paper store that sells wedding invitations. A lot of them. I look at stationery and wedding invitations for hours every week and as a result I've developed what some might call an elitist attitude toward most companies - Smock is not one. I love Smock.

Now I know this probably doesn't look that cool but really people, it is. This is a stunningly gorgeous yet simple invitation. I love it. The text is hand calligraphed for each invitation and a press is made from the calligraphy. I also love their thank you notes, fill in the blank invitations, and their commitment to be eco-friendly. Smock: you rock.
